1. Shipping Timeline

All orders are processed and delivered within an estimated timeframe of 2–4 weeks from the date of purchase. This timeline reflects the craftsmanship and quality control involved in preparing each timepiece.


2. Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or damage upon arrival.

To qualify for a return:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and protective films must remain intact

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor variations in appearance
  • Products that have been used, worn, or altered

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately.

We will:

  • Arrange a return at no cost to you
  • Offer a replacement or full refund
  • Cover all applicable shipping charges
