Eligible return claims

Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects, functional faults, or if the delivered watch is materially different from what was promised.

Unboxing video requirement

A clear, continuous unboxing video showing the sealed package, shipping label, complete unboxing, and the issue is required to assess a claim.

Please contact us before using, altering, or returning the watch. After review, an approved claim may be resolved through repair, replacement, or refund, as appropriate.

Because each watch is custom-built, change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
